The strategy analysis team is led by Sean Maher, who graduated with a First Class Masters Degree in Economics from the National University of Ireland in 1991, and has worked as an economist with CRU, the world's leading commodities consultancy, as an investment manager with the UK's largest mutual insurer, as an analyst and banker with leading banks such as West LB and Nomura, and as an investment strategy and economic consultant to both buy and sell side institutions around the world. He speaks regularly at industry events and is a member of the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) Society of the UK.
